Yes, all plans start with a 14-day free trial. During your trial, you can cancel, continue with the same plan, or upgrade to a higher plan. You'll have 14 days free on all of our plans.

We define users as anyone you allow to log in to your system. This includes clients, partners, and internal team members. You can create two types of users: Child Accounts and Parent Accounts. With Child Accounts, you can set roles and permissions, and these users only ever see your brand. Parent Accounts initially inherit your brand but can then brand their own system, create Child Accounts with roles and permissions, and even create their own Parent Accounts.

No, our platform has built-in voice, SMS, and email capabilities. While you can easily integrate unlimited SMTP services with our platform, the voice and SMS modules are native to Ligna.

Yes, we are both GDPR and HIPAA compliant. For HIPAA compliance, you will need to contact support to activate your account and provide the necessary documentation. There is no additional fee for HIPAA-compliant setup.

Yes, you can resell Ligna under your own brand, your domain, and even down to the code level. You can resell Child Accounts connected to your brand, and you can also resell Parent Accounts. Parent Accounts are essentially at the same account level as you but start under your brand initially.

We don’t! All of our phone lines come with unlimited minutes. You are never charged for voice usage within our platform.

We offer three types of phone lines: VoIP lines, call tracking lines, and IVRs (Interactive Voice Response systems). Each type counts toward your phone line inventory.

Yes, we offer a very lucrative affiliate program, paying out 45% of our license fees and 20% of our services fees. Simply create a free trial, click on the Affiliates tab, and join the program. If you choose to remain only an affiliate, you can cancel your license at any time.
